MTPR provides a service and a forum wherein an unmatched opportunity exists to form a collective vision, to act and speak as one voice as the founder of third-party reimbursement and medical assistance for the uninsured, underinsured and indigent population(s), which ultimately impacts the future of healthcare, hospitals, patients and the communities that depend upon us each day.

The MTPR Mission
To provide the absolute best third-party eligibility and certification services available today that generates the maximum third-party reimbursement to our hospital/providers, which in turn allows them to provide quality healthcare services to the uninsured, underinsured and indigent population(s) in their communities. MTPR will always strive to treat those we are serving with the utmost compassion and dignity to honor them and God in all we do.

Over the past 20 years, MTPR has developed and mastered a proven method of processing self-pay accounts. Screenings are conducted by trained and experienced intake caseworkers, who upon obtaining financial information will make the determination of eligibility according to the criteria for all third-party resources. If it is determined that the patient is eligible an application for said program will be completed at bedside if patient is in the hospital in our office if ER or Out patient or by home visit if required. The hospital will be notified of the status. Upon completion of the application the patient account will be transferred to the appropriate caseworker who will diligently work with the patient, employer, hospital, physician and medical records to gather all required documentation for the application completion.
